Banquet, and Grad!

I can't believe that this year is prettry much done! My class and I have less then a month left! Next week we have banquet on June 4, and on June 22, we have our graduation ceremony! And, on June 15 we leave for Great Wolf Lodge for our class trip! I can't wait, but I'm scared because I don't think we are ready for kingsway, let alone Kingsway College. At least I know that God has plan for us and He won't put us through anything we can't handle!

My Life

My life is wonderful! I have a loving and caring family who do a lot of things for me. They are the best family in the whole wide world! I don't know how I could live whith out them! They are the BEST!

And to be honest, I'm not always the easiest to work with and sometimes I'm VERY "talk-a-time." But I'm so glad that God gave me these AMAZING parents and AMAZING siblings! Hey are the best!

 

 

Gymnastics

       Guess what?? Wait, don't!! You just had to make me tell you huh?? Well, every so often I will beg my parents to let me do gymnastics. And sooner or later, the time came up again when I ask them. I went on my iPad and clicked "Safari" and typed "Gemeni Gymnastics." I emailed the link to my mom and dad. I was so excited- it was my best idea yet!! 

        The next morning I ran to my mom and dad's room and saw my mom in front of where I was standing and before I could ask her if she saw the link I sent her in an email, she said,

        "I saw your email and I know you really want to do it, so I think that you should go ask your dad."

        I myself, being that perfect daughter, walked down to the kitchen where my dad was eating cereal. I told him about what I sent you and mom and he said this,

        "You may do it if you want to, but your mother and I will not help pay because you can live without it." I agreed and checked how much I would have to pay. Sooner or later, I found out that I would have to pay $315 per lessons!! Insane!! I asked my dad if he had any other idea and he said that he would try to talk to Mr. Wilkens- the Aerials coach and see if he could teach me gymnastics every Sunday or something and for a Cheaper price, around $10-$20 for a 1 hour lesson.

          The verdict came in and I found out that it was going to work!!!!!!!!! Yahoo!!!! So every some day(that I don't know exactly), I will be starting gymnastics on November 18, 2013!!!! I am going to focus on mostly tumbling: round offs, backhand springs,front hand springs, flips, etc. Can't wait:) 

Week of Prayer

      This week is October 6-12 and today is October 8 2013. This week, my school is have Week of Prayer. Our pastor is awesome. His name is Pastor Anderson. We are talking about "Chosen".  Pastor Anderson is awesome. He is so funny and I can actually understand him- not like some other pastors. Tomorrow is October 9,2013 and that is our 3rd day of Week of Prayer. 

       Week of prayer ended and it was great! I loved how pastor Anderson always said "cool" and told jokes every now and then!!:) he was an awesome pastor to have this week! 

        I wish that we had "Week of Prayer" at least three times a year or even four or five!!  

School Coming to Life

          This past summer of 2013 was a busy summer for the Mohns family. We went to New Brunswick, P.E.I, Nova Scotia and also Camp Frenda. The whole summer was busy and packed but enjoyable even though all the beds weren't made, the floor of our trailer wasn't swept and lots more things that annoy my mother. What was happening was my kind of way but for sure not my moms. Though it was  hot and really humid and a bit rainy it was still my favourite summer I've had. Now my summer is ending and school is arriving. I'm a little excited and a little nervous that I'll have to get up at 6:30 just to be on time. Though Since Kianna is going into high school, her first calss starts at 7. So she'll have to het up at 6 maybe even 5:30! September 3rd 2013 is the first day of school and also my little sister Cadence's birthday. So hello school and goodbye summer...

What's your fav class in school? Mines gym. 

Have you ever wondered why they teach spelling? Well I have, I know why they teach math, art, language, gym, science, socials, etc. But why spelling?! You see, if you are writing a letter and forget how to spell a word, you can just search it up in the dictionary. Now, still pay attention in spelling, but that's just my opinion of spelling.
